- overplan is operated by Overplan.io. Questions about anything on this page, and deletion requests, reach a person: hello@overplan.app.
- Your drawing files
- Files are uploaded over an encrypted connection to private storage. We keep uploaded files to produce your scan and to build the benchmark. They are never sold and never published. Two providers necessarily handle the file to run the service: Vercel, which hosts the site and stores the file, and Cloudmersive, which receives the file and its name to scan every upload for malware. Access inside overplan is limited to the overplan team. You can ask us to delete your file at any time.
- Contact and project details
- The email, name, company, role, project type and design code you enter are used to open your flagged list and reserve it to you, to follow up about the full report, and to understand who uses overplan and for what kind of project. We may email you about the product. Every email includes a way to opt out, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
- Usage data
- We record which steps of the site you use (upload, scan, pricing, checkout) together with an anonymous visitor id stored in a cookie, basic technical data such as browser type and IP address, and the campaign link you arrived from. This tells us what to build next.
- Payments
- Card details are never entered on or stored by overplan. If a payment step cannot be completed, nothing is charged.
